International buyers please note the following:

We no longer ship to the Canary Islands, Russia, France or Germany.

Credit card payment details must match delivery address/country.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Brexit Information:-

For International business customers, please supply your VAT number when ordering in order for us to be able to ship your items.


We aim to ship goods as soon as possible.If there are any problems with your purchase we will email to let you know.Smaller items are despatched via Royal Mail.Larger items are despatched via courier company usually 24 hour service.Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for delivery.Please provide a contact telephone number for the courier company in case there are problems during transit.Also ensure that you thoroughly check your item on delivery before you sign the delivery note - if in doubt of condition of packaging please sign note as damaged.

Unwanted or unsuitable goods:

Returns of unwanted goods are accepted in new & unused condition for 14 days after receipt.You will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or a full refund. The customer must meet the cost of the returns postage for unwanted goods.We can not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of despatch from the carrier.

Faulty Goods:

Returns of faulty goods are accepted item will be inspected on receipt and if fault is not due to misuse, you will be entitled to your choice of an exchange, repair or a full refund. We will refund the cost of the returns postage for defective goods (within reasonable limits) upon return delivery. Please note that the warranty given by Foundry 4x4 Ltd and the manufacturers of our products will only cover cost of the parts.Labour charges and other costs are not covered. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of despatch from the carrier.

Exchange Procedure:

If you are returning goods for an exchange we would normally have to wait for the goods to arrive with us and inspect them before we can send out the replacement. However we understand that sometimes an exchange must be made quickly and so we can send out a replacement immediately. We must take payment for the replacement but as soon as the returned item arrives we will give you a refund on that cost. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed
